The supplement industry in the U.S. is not heavily regulated. Brands are responsible for their own quality control — which means some supplements contain:

❌ more than the label claims (yes, really — and this is where toxicity can occur)
❌ traces of heavy metals
❌ fillers or allergens that aren’t disclosed
❌ contaminants like mold or bacteria
That’s why I prioritize third-party testing and clear Certificates of Analysis. I want to know exactly what I’m putting in my body.
